Apple ID screwed up. Apple thinks my email account,***@******.***, belongs not to me but to "Sue Berry". Nope. No Sue Berry in my life, and I've used this email for 10 years. Now I have to set up a new iPhone and I can't get past the Apple ID problem. Every step becomes a circle and ends in a blank wall.
