You have reached Justanswer. Who were you trying to set up an appointment with? Comcast? I saw that your email ends in @comcast.

Also, if you would like, and want to troubleshoot, we may be able to find solutions for you to fix your Mac from freezing.

If so, how long has this been happening? Can you log in? Does the computer freeze on everything you do or just certain

applications?

Please tell me how you would like to proceed?

I keep asking for an appointment at an Apple store. I have had a remote expert on my computer screen. It didn't work.
