just did the ITunes update but I no longer have an active shortcut
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: don't know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: less than 15 minutes ago, I also have Windows 10
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: don't know what I can do - the ITunes worked before I did the update, it opened up and I could view MY Music now it says that the shortcut won't work because it cannot find itunes
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
