delete, volume up, volume down, and eject all stopped working out of the blue
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: about a week now. they came on twice randomly and now they are dead completely
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: pram, mouse keys, dictation, restore to default keyboard settings. Im trying to update my software but i live in the middle of the ocean with no service or wifi
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: Nope Never and its a MBP from mid 2010 running 10.11.2
JA: The Mac expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

Also oddly enough, the volume up, eject, and delete shortcut combo for the semicolon does work
