safari won't connect to a website that used to work. says cannot connect to proxy server https
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: el capital 10.11.6
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: it's current website in question just relaunched it's website with a new design. hasn't been working since then
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: clearing cookies. restarting browser. tried chrome as well.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
