You will need access to the emails set up on your apple id.

What device are you on? (make/model)

If you can get to a computer, it would be helpful for you as well.

This link is for if you forgot your id/password.

Find your apple id first, then reset your password ***** a computer if you can.

Then turn the phone off, then on again and log in with that new password ***** your phone.
