Its my Apple Nano. It just suddenly "died". It wont do anything.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Just today. Out of nowhere.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None beyond plugging into power source and MacBook Pro (which does not recognize)
