I am 82 years old, not very smart, but successfully used

Customer Question

I am 82 years old, not very smart, but successfully used Picasa 3 for a few years but about a year ago I started having trouble loading camera pictures.
I do not now know what I did but opening page of the Picasa website looks very different. I am afraid I have lost many, maybe most, of my picture files. It has been months and months since I worked on it as I am afraid I will make it worse, and I do not know where to turn.
Probably talking to you would be the best way for you to understand what I have done. Can you help?

Hi Ken,

It's possible the images are hidden somewhere, I can help you find them.

How long ago did you lose them?
