I can't log on to iTunes on my macbook
JA: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook and what operating system are you running?
Customer: OX S Yosemite 10.10.5, purchased in 2014
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) are you running?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't think I have installed upgrades recently. I have reset my Apple ID password. My iPad & iPhone
are the only devices showing as linked to my account currently.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of
