I received this email yesterday and this was not something that I had bought. I tried to go to the website but was informed that it was not a safe website to go to.
Can you help me with this?

Hello, I am Rylan and have many years of experience in Computer support and I am happy to assist you with your question.

Expert:  Rylan Sharpe replied 11 months ago.

The email that you received is SPAM and not actually from Apple. It is from someone trying to make it look like it is from Apple, so that you will click on the links.

Expert:  Rylan Sharpe replied 11 months ago.

When you clicked on the links, did you enter any personal information into the website?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I did not click on to any links.

Perfect! That might have saved you. At this point, I would suggest just deleting the email and knowing that the email was not real.
