Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

Try Force Quitting it. Press Command, Option and Esc keys and this will bring Force Quit. Select the copy process or finder screen and press Force Quit. Then relaunch Finder.

If that didn't work, then you have to force turn off your Mac. Press and hold down Power button for 5-15 seconds and this will turn it off. Then turn it back on by holding down Shift key for 20 seconds. This will boot into Safe Mode. After booting into Safe Mode (to run repairs automatically), restart your Mac normally.

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.
