Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

If you were partially through the reset and cancelled.. Then we have to complete the reset.

if you start your mac and immediately press and hold command, option and R..

And then choose reinstall osx, this should fix the issue. Let me know if you get stuck or run into any issues~

I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a 5 star rating clicked and submitted when you are satisfied.. I always answer follow up questions.

To be clear, you are pressing power and then immediately pressing and holding the command and R keys?

And you dont see any choice to enter the recovery driver?
