I think I signed up apple support monthly fee. I do not want

Customer Question

I think I signed up for continued apple support for a monthly fee. I do not want to do this. I had a one off question which I already knew the answer to. No more fees, please.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Just now.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I wanted to know if I could do a cut and paste for a long group email. The answer was no, one at a time.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Comcast
JA: Huh?
Customer: What is your question? Comcast gets my emails
JA: I hope not. The Mac expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: I have a iPad air
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Mac Technician about your situation and then connect you two.
