Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. That is a scam; do not call them, and do not follow any instruction in it.

Does it let you close the popup?

What's your internet browser application, such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Doesn't let me close pop up. I have turned off the computer and then turned it back off the pop off comes right back up when I try yo get into Safari

Thank you. Please try the following fix on your Apple Mac computer:

  1. Force quit the Safari application by clicking on the Apple logo / menu, then click on the option Force Quit (or press at the same time the 3 keys Command-Option-Esc on the keyboard)
, then select the item Safari, then click on Force Quit button at the bottom, then click on Force Quit to confirm.
  2. Then press and keep holding the Shift key on the keyboard, and open Safari application
; once Safari application is open, then release the Shift key.
, then that message / popup / webpage should not load any more.
  3. Then see if it works fine now.

I'm sorry. You wrote computer previously. I got it now. You have an iPad tablet. Please try the following fix on your iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app icon.
  2. There, tap on Safari option on the left (if needed, scroll down on the left first.)
  3. Then tap on the option Clear History and Website Data (scroll down on the right.)
  4. Then tap on the option Clear.
  5. Open Safari app icon, and it should work now.
