I have a app but I lost all my coins so I'm trying to buy some more with my Visa card. My visa is all hooked up to my iTunes so whenever I try to buy the extra coins it tells me "Your purchase can not be completed and then it tells me to contact the apple support website. It says it every time. It also tells me to come back in 30 minutes yet every time I try it keeps saying the same thing. How can I purchase the coins without any of these issues.
