If this website is showing in Safari, please carry out the following steps to resolve the issue now:

First off, press the Command, Option and Esc keys together on your keyboard and this will bring up the Force Quit window.

Select Safari and click Force Quit. This will close Safari, if running.

Next, HOLD down the Shift key on your keyboard and re-open Safari; the website should be gone for good now.
