I am one frustrated dude. I just got disconnected from Apple after being on call for over one hour. I have an iPhone 6S. In setting it up it asks for my Apple ID and password. I enter them both and it says NO they are wrong but they are not wrong. The iPhone lost its OS, according to the Geek techs at Best Buy, where I purchased the phone and i think that they must have done something that changed my entry data. Now i am totally lost and badly need help.
