I updated my Mac to El Capitan and to the new photo program that is all working but since the update I ave been unable to use Picasa a program that I have used with all other operating systems now when I try to open picasa I can see the photos but a spinning ball prevents me from using it

I suggest you REMOVE Picassa, and then REinstall it.


Dont worry your photos will still be on your Mac.
