It is possible that your Iphone's password ***** ***** and it is prompting you so that you can change it. When was the last you changed your password ?
I mean , When you changed your password ***** time ? I think after resting your password ***** will be able to get rid of this problem.
Please try this :-
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account > Delete > KEEP on my iPhone > Sign back in using AppleID and password ***** MERGE all data/content
Scroll to iTunes & App Stores and select it
Tap on your Apple ID: (your email)
Tap View Apple ID
Tap your Apple ID
Confirm everything is correct and hit Done
Everything should be back to normal after that

People have faced this problem when they didn't download digital booklet from Itunes
Go into iTunes store through a Mac (or PC!) and into the account details. At the top of the account screen was a 'download' button for the undownloaded Digital Booklet

You need to log out of the iTunes store and log in again You can log out of your account by going into settings and choosing Store from the left-side menu. On the store, simply touch where it says “Apple ID:” followed by your iTunes Account email address. This will give you the option to Sign Out. Once signed out, you can choose to sign back in and the problem should be solved.
