Which error message do you get when you try to log in?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It says that I have entered an incorrect password.
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 year ago.

ok. In this case you will have to reset your password ***** again. But now I would suggest you to first temporarily save your password ***** in notepad and then do copy paste whenever you need to login.

Are you able to rest your password ? If so then your account is not disabled.

Apple says I have reset it. But, when I use it in settings, it says it's incorrect
