Have an early 2009 IMac that I am constantly getting the spinning beach ball with. I reset PRAM. Apple Hardware Test will NOT come up on restart. Called Apple. Dumped Library cache. Have run disk utilities and disk First Aid. Have some bad areas on hard drive. Backed up information. What can I do now that I haven't done.
