Enter the TWILIGHT ZONE with me….
Have elderly MacBook OX=SX and recently purchased new Pro OSX El Capitan 10.11.5
took them in to trusty Apply Store to have files transferred to new computer. Picked them up today.
(Meanwhile I am typing on MacBook Air OSX 10.7.5 which is used mainly when traveling)
Received call from Apple Store while they were working on it and agreed to make the sign in names & passwords identical - problem is that none of these combos work - could we possibly simply use my sign in name, Geraldine G. Martin, and redo the passwords? I have tried every combo etc. - "nada"...
