I cannot access my email from my iPad. The icon for mail is still there, but I get a black screen when I click on it. My email address is***@******.***.

Hi!

Please press and hold down the POWER and HOME button together until you see the Apple icon. After you see the Apple icon on your screen, release the buttons. After the iPad restarts, try using your Mail app again.
