Is it done? It doesn't need a battery recharge since it's plugged into the computer see-ups

I am the person that will be helping you today.

If you plug the iHome Speaker into another device, does it work?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,

I don't have another USB port to plug it into?? I have an old radio and tv that's it! CarolI'm working on an old Imac version 10.705 Snow Leopard from 2006 which shouldn't be the problem! Both of the speakers on my Mac have gone just to npise when I want to hear music, etc. Should I send the speaker back into Apple to have them see what''s wrong with it? Carol

1. Shut down the computer.
2. Unplug the computer's power cord.
3. Wait fifteen seconds.
4. Attach the computer's power cord.
5. Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
6. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
7. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts again at least twice.
8. Release the keys.
