My mouse keeps indicating connection lost. I am unable to slide the latch down to remove the battery cover to insert batteries. Do I need to bring the mouse in to get your help in resolving this problem. I live in Hampton.

No. It is an Apple mouse. I keep losing connection so I am not always able to respond.
