My iphone (5S) will not stay ON, the Apple Store didn't fix it, and now I cannot even get an appointment. The thing is on warranty. What a huge disappointment...I want my money back!

Hello there! My name is***** and I will be assisting you today. please follow the steps posted below.

  1. Plug your iphone into your computer with a USB cable.
  2. Turn off the iphone.
  3. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
  4. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
  5. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
  6. After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a iphone in Recovery Mode.

Make sure the iphone screen is blank and no logos are present then restore with itunes as a new device.
