I updated the operating system and have "NO SERVICE" appearing on the upper left of the screen. I am not able to access my network. WHY????

Hi there and welcome Arnold

Can you please hold the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo, then release.

Once done, let the iPad restart and tell me please if you now get a service.

This is the button on the top that you use to turn the screen off. Hold that one and the main button on the front of the iPad please for 10 seconds, till you see the Apple Logo, then release,

Pushed the button, got the logo, BUT still "NO SERVICE" appears. Not getting service for my network which worked before I updated OS.

Can you please go to Settings, General, Rest, Reset Network Settings.

Once you press this, repeat the instructions we just did and tell me please if it then connects.
