Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

Does your screen looks like negative colors ? What version of Mac OS X are you using ?

Expert:  Ashik replied 1 year ago.

Alan, go to System Preferences (from Apple menu) and click Accessibility

Under Accessibility, click on Display on left. If the Invert Colors and/or Use grayscale options are turned on, then turn them off.

(If you are using older version of OS X, then go to System Preferences > Universal Access. You will see Black on White and White on Black options under Seeing tab. Switch them)

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting
