Customer Question

I have an Imac, not sure what has happened but i have lost "ALL" my picyures out of the photos file. I did upgrade the browser on or about 3/14 and I have a suspision that is the culprete. I upgraded to OS X El Capitan version 10.11.3. My mac is a 2007 model but seems to run fine otherwise. Sorry, the original answer appears not to have gone through...

The photos should still exist on the iMac somewhere - have a look in the Pictures folder and see if they are there,

If not, try searching in Finder to locate them.
