Customer Question

I just bought a new iPhone 6s. I am on iCloud and checked all the boxes to share my photos on my iPhone. Old photos are shared, but My Photo Stream no longer appears on my iPhone. Also, in the "All Photos" album, only the last five photos, those taken on this phone (rather than my old one) show up, though the album says there are 1,381 photos in the album. The photos do show up on my iPad and laptop as well as desk top. How can I get access to my photos on my new iPhone?
Similarly, although my iTunes show up on my new iPhone, when I plug in an earphone they do not play, and do not advance. Once in a while one of the songs plays, but if I choose a different song the sound disappears. I have synced with iTunes, and tried five different earphone sets. Why will my phone not allow me to listen to my music?

Hi there and welcome Patricia

Can you go into the Photos & Camera settings on the iPhone, then disabled iCloud Photo Library and Summarise Photos. Then switch My Photo Stream Off and back on again. Do they then begin downloading and show up?

Please let me know.
