Customer Question

I am using Outlook 2011 on my MAC running 10.11.3. Outlook has the most recent upgrades installed. Outlook seems corrupted. I have rebuilt my identities, rebuilt my keychain and reinstalled the latest up grade - but I still cannot make any changes to my accounts and it locks up when I try. It sends emails intermittently. Some how several duplicate accounts have been established so when I receive mail I receive 4 identical copies.
What do I do???
