Customer Question

I am running El Capitan version 10.11.2 on a MacBook Pro. My banks online system will no longer allow me to load certain tabs. The message that comes up is "You have successfully connected to your Think VISA Credit Card account. If your Visa information does not automatically open in a separate window, your pop up blocker may be stopping access. Allowing pop ups from the Online Banking site should correct the problem."

Hi there and welcome

To allow this, do the following in safari

Choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

Select “Block pop-up windows,” then select Allow WebGL and Allow Plug-ins.

Close Safari, open it again and the popups should now show.

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Else let me know the results please.
