Is this happening only with the playbox app?
Let's try a reset first. Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo.
Once it is in the home screen, open the playbox app.

I don't know about the playbox app, but we are trying the basic troubleshooting steps if an app does not open.
What is the exact name of the app please? I will try downloading it into my iphone and see if that works on mine.
I can find an app called playbox (an orange coloured one), but it is displayed in a different language. Is that the one you mean?
I installed that app and I am afraid it is kicking me out as well. This should be a problem with the app and you need to contact their customer service directly to get a fix.
