Customer Question

I just upgraded to Quark 11.2. Some commands have moved and I'm trying to figure out where they are.
1. Where are the commands to frame a box and change the background color?
2. The box chaining tool doesn't show the box-to-box arrows. Where are they?
3. I can't find the long toolbar that shows font size, font characteristics, text alignment, etc. Where is it?
