Customer Question

Hello,
My system crashed some time ago, and since then I haven't been able to load adobe flash player. I've tried every password ***** my book and none work, and I don't remember the last one that did. I would appreciate it if you could help re-etablish adobe flash on my computer.
I have a MAC BOOK PRO.running osx-11. I have used Adobe for many years starting back when I worked for G.E.
