Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

90% the times, this happens if the USB cable or the adapter is failing. In some rare cases, issues with battery or the port of your iPhone can cause this. Since you tried it on your computer, it is not the adapter. It is either the phone's port or the USB cable.

First we can reset your iPhone and see if it works or not. Press and hold down the Power button and Home button at the same time until it shows the Apple logo. When you see the Apple logo, release the buttons and let it boot.

Then please try a different USB cable to charge. Your iPhone will not charge when it keeping 'binging' and it will damage the circuit board inside the phone. So please don't charge it while it making that sound.

Please let me know if it works with different cable.

Remember, this is not my final answer. If my solutions didn't work please don't rate me bad or poor. Instead please reply back to me and I will continue to help you until we fix the problem or you are satisfied.
