I wanted to download IOS 9 and I failed to enter the password. I am assuming it is for the ipad and not the app store because that did not work. Why will it not allow me to reset after 5 failed attempts?

Do you mean you cannot go to Settings or open any app on the iPad at all?

Besides the iPad, do you also have a windows or mac computer?
