Working on a Mac with SketchUp Make 15.3.329: I create a 90

Customer Question

working on a Mac with SketchUp Make 15.3.329: I create a 90 degree arc in the ground plane and with end points normal to two axes. Then I add a circle, centered on an endpoint of the arc, in-plane with the axes. I select the arc, choose the Follow command, and select the circle. Why does the torus appear a few degree off of the plane of the axes?
