Hello there! Are you saying that your mac is giving you connectivity issues? If so follow the steps below

  1. Click the Apple icon then choose System Preferences
  2. Select Network from the View menu.
  3. Choose Edit Locations from the Location menu.
  4. Click the + icon to add a new location. \
  5. Name the location test1
  6. Then attempt to either connect to wifi or lan cable.
  7. Test to see if there is a difference.

essentially what this does is reset your macs network settings clearing out any issues that might of been giving you trouble.
