My Apple does not come on. I took it to the sprint store on two-notch in Columbia, they try to work with it to fix it. it will not come on. I purchase this in Novembe 2014. The told to get in touch with Apple Tech.

I have not got any response from you yet. I would suggest you to connect the iphone to the computer for 20-30 minutes.
Then on the phone, press and hold the power button and the home button together for 10-40 sec. Let's see whether it turns on.
If you see something on the iphone screen, let me know.
If it is completely black even after reset, then I am afraid your iphone need a repair/replacement. Since you bought it only last November, it should still be covered under warranty. I would suggest you to take it into any apple store nearby or call apple care 1800(###) ###-####to set up the repair/replacement.
