Customer Question

I had an accident with my phone and it will either need the display replaced, or the system, not sure yet. I wasn't too worried because my photos were on my ipad as well. However, now all of them except those taken within the last month are gone. Is this related to my phone problems, or is there a way I can acces them?

Hi! It may be how you are looking at the photos on your iPad. Try this.. Go into Photos Select Albums on the bottom right and click on Camera Roll and My Photo Stream Check to see if your photos are there now
