Customer Question

My iCloud syncing is an absolute mess across all devices and apps.
My iPhone almost never shows up in iTunes for wireless sync, requiring a reset of either the iPhone or Macbook more often than not.
Notes constantly creates duplicate notes or fails to sync certain notes, resulting in two very different Notes libraries on my Macbook and iPhone.
My Photos albums sync properly to the iPhone Photos app, but any other app that uses photos is a mess--Instagram, for instance, only shows a few of my albums and certain random images are absent altogether, even from the All Photos folder.
