I just bought a jay bird wireless head phone it will not pair with my Mack mini I pad

Good day, please keep i pad on discovery make sure Bluetooth is enable, close Bluetooth on the other devices you got close by,try to peer headphone, use a peer password, if it does not work , restart ipad and try again. let me know the out come please.

Hello there! If the above steps the tech before didnt work we can try something. Different we will put your headphones into pair mode then try and connect them again
Start with your headphones powered/turned off.
Push and hold top button for 8 seconds ( this is not the power button)
until status light alternates red and blue. Your headphones
are now in pair mode.Then enter the following password ***** asked on your ipad.
Pass code is 0000
