Cannot log on to FaceTime.....info says I have no iCloud or iTunes...but I am able to get onto them.....
Can I down load FaceTime again ?

As the first step, can you go to Settings, General, Reset and choose Reset Network Settings.
you may need to connect to your wifi network again and then try to sign into Facetime.
