My macbook pro suddenly began deleting the data on my pages document
I turned off computer, snd it sropped deleting when i plugged it back in. Now I. Need to retrieve the lost data. How can I acceess the deletes data

Does it start deleting the typed data within a pages document or does it delete the entire pages document file ?
