Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.
You can reset the Printing system, it will restore the printing settings to default.
Goto System Preferences from the Apple menu or from the Dock.
Open Print & Fax
Control-click (Right click) on list of printers on the left side of the window, then choose "Reset printing system" from the contextual menu.
After resetting, your printer may disappear from the list. So download and install the latest drivers from here -->
Now goto System Preferences > Print and Fax and add your Printer there.
Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.
