I have the AudioEngine D2 -Fi audio streaming to my stereo

Customer Question

I have the AudioEngine D2 for Wi-Fi audio streaming to my stereo system. I cannot successfully stream Spotify since the sound keeps cutting out. No problem with iTunes. Can you suggest a solution?

I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
Check your internet connection - Spotify requires a very fast internet connection (10Mbps or more)
If you do have a very fast download speed then it could have something to do with your firewall or any antivirus software you have installed - try temporarily disabling those to see if there is any improvement.

I expected more than this. Certainly not value for money. My internet connection is fine and I successfully stream music from many internet sites. Spotify is the exception. Unless you are familiar with Spotify streaming issues then there is not much point in continuing and I will seek a refund.

This is just an initial response, as in most cases where I have seen this problem it is due to people using a slow broadband connection. I am very familiar with these issues.
You may not know this, but Spotify requires a faster internet connection than other sites.
