Sorry about that. Do you shut down / restart your computer everyday?
Do you save your presentation and save anything you are working on every 10 to 15 minutes or so?
Do you back up your (new / updated) data regularly?
You can get back to me via the email message from JustAnswer / Viet. Thank you.

no I don't....
Mac Support Specialist: Viet - Mac Tech, Mac Support Tech replied 2 years ago
Sorry about that. It takes me a few minutes to check on the issue and write all of these.
To refresh the computer's memory, you should shut down / restart the computer everyday or every couple of days or so.
You should back up your data regularly as you never know when the computer / hard drive will break down (or if you drop the computer or if you spill water on it, etc.)
When you are available, please reply back at the box below to continue. Thank you,

What Customers are Saying:

Hi John, Thank you for your expertise and, more important, for your kindness because they make me, almost, look forward to my next computer problem. After the next problem comes, I'll be delighted to correspond again with you. I'm told that I excel at programing. But system administration has never been one of my talents. So it's great to have an expert to rely on when the computer decides to stump me. God bless, Bill
