Cant find my ICloud ID- which is different from my Apple

Can't find my ICloud ID- which is different from my Apple ID.
Hi,

Please go to this site:

iforgot.apple.com

Click Forgot Apple ID (it works the same way for Cloud ID), and follow the instructions to recovert the ID. The cloud ID will normally be your email address.

I did those exact steps before and it only reset the Apple ID- not the ICloud ID. I keep having the ICloud box pop up on my phone and ask for the password. When I do put in the new reset Aplle ID it rejects it and says it is wrong...
Ah - context. Things are clearer now.

Your phone has the wrong ID, you need to change it to your Apple ID.

Go to Settings, Store.
Sign out of the store.
Sign into the store, but this time put in your CORRECT Apple ID and password.

The message will no longer appear.

it still doesnt workFrown- I was sure this was the solution. I went to settings>itunes & app store and signed out. I then entered the user name and password XXXXX use for itunes - I still receive the box telling me to sign into icloud over and over again

Do you have apps that were installed using a different ID, perhaps?
When it is asking for a password, what exactly is it saying, word for word?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It says "Enter the Apple ID password XXXXX "[email protected]"

My apps are installed with my itunes id. im sure i initially set up an icloud password XXXXX i first got my iphone but have forgotten it. I though it was the same as the Apple ID/Itunes ID but it says the password XXXXX XXXXX Additionally it says that the security questions I answered are wrong - which is impossible since they are simple ones with easy answers which I have not forgotten.

I'm sorry, our system masks email addresses for security.

Is that email the same as your Apple ID, or is it a different email?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

its a different one - its the icloud one - the same one I have for itunes but a different server- itunes is yahoo, icloud is icloud

We need to find and delete the app that was installed with that other ID.

Go to the Apple App Store.

Touch Updates (on the bottom).
Write down ALL the apps that are waiting to be updated.

Push home, and then delete each one of those apps.
Once done, re-install them (if you still need them).

This should take care of the problem once and for all.
