IPAD 4, how do I change settings to rotate my screen it's stuck?

I am Vinod. I will try my best to help you resolve this issue.

Did you mean your ipad screen is not rotating at all now?Is this happening for all the apps OR only with certain apps?

Also, are you using iOS 7 or an earlier OS on the ipad?

Thank You

Everything, it just won't rotate. It just happened this morning, I didn't change the settings so I have no idea what's wrong. Thank you

Don't worry, Jayne. We will find out what the reason is.

What OS is there on the ipad? iOS 7 or an earlier version?

To find out the version, go to settings > general > about

I have not got any reply from you regarding what OS is currently on the ipad.

Anyway, first try a simple reset. Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo.

If that does not resolve your issue, on your ipad, go to settings > general. There is an option "use side switch for". If it is currently set to "lock rotation", just toggle the side switch (to the right side, just above the volume buttons) and see whether that resolves your issue.

If that too does not work, and if you are using iOS 7 on your ipad, just swipe up from the bottom of the screen. This will bring up the control center. There, you will find a lock rotation icon. Make sure there is no lock on it. If you have a lock, just tap on it to remove the lock.

Hope this works. Let me know if you find any difficulty.

Keep the following document as a reference

Note: If you are not using iOS 7, the control center technique should be performed in a different way. So if you are not using iOS 7, let me know and I will explain the method.

Thank You

Great to know that...:)

I think the ipad was just frozen.

Have a wonderful day!
